About this talk

What are you most afraid of? One of the most common fears among middle-aged women, regardless of net worth or financial acumen, is of aging alone and without enough money. This is the fear of losing it all – and becoming the proverbial “bag lady”. There is a significant lack of comfort and confidence around money for women and fear often holds us back.

Yet, we can change this - every woman has the power to create her own future. This discussion provides an in-depth review of the fears that are holding us back from achieving our highest potential and how women are culturally conditioned with a sense of dependency, especially around their personal finances. We discuss action steps that women can take today to overcome those fears and show up as a strong and resilient CFO of their own lives.
